Three small rentals · Muncie, Indiana

Feel right at home
in downtown Muncie.

We’re Bob and Jessica — we’ve spent years bringing Muncie homes back to life, and our favorite sits right downtown. The upstairs at 204 S. Walnut is our short stay: a 1927 building in the Historic District, full of Jessica’s touch, that you can book tonight. The other two are home to long-term neighbors.

Three small rentals,
across Muncie.

We keep things small on purpose. You meet us, we meet you — and the place is clean, the coffee’s good, and the door code lands in your phone.

Bob and Jessica

Run by two people who live here.

Bob has called Muncie home since 1996. Eleven years ago he and Jessica married, and she made it her home too. We started with our own first house — the one on Wheeling — and caught the bug for bringing good homes back to life. Next came the duplex on McKinley, which we fixed up and made solid for long-term neighbors. Then the 1927 condo on Walnut: Jessica’s first property to truly make her own, where her masterful touchshows in every corner — and now it’s the short stay you can book tonight.

What ties them together is one standard: every Yellow Bravo home should be beautiful and genuinely well cared for. So we answer texts. We replace the lightbulb the same day. And we leave the good coffee, not the gas-station kind.
